We didnt think we would need an FAQs page so early but the support for our start up micro-business has been truly humbling, thank you. We have collected the most FAQs so far from our amazing #storytellers

Is insurance included?

We provide fully comprehensive insurance for the vehicle. Costs are incurred for additonal drivers and for travelling to Europe. Please note that your personal belongings are not covered under this insurance and we would therefore recommend you take out travel insurance for this.

What time is collection and drop off?

We debated a lot about this. We have designed CHELTSEA around our #storytellers, you, and therefore we want you to have as much time as possible having fun, adventure and travelling with your friends and family. Our pick up times are between 7.00am - 10.00am on the day of pick up and drop off is between 5.00pm - 8.00pm on your last day.

How far can we travel with the van?

As far as you wish. LIke above, its about travel and adventure. We didn't want to put a mileage cap on you, so please just enjoy the van and have fun. We look forward to hearing all about it when we see you on your return.

Where would you recommend we visit and stay?

We like this bit. Listening to your plans and trying to help by sharing our experiences from some of the most amazing places across the UK and Europe. We have been so fortunate to have been able to visit ski resorts, climb some huge mountains with stunning views at the top and just chill out on some of the best beaches in the world - right here in the UK.

It is subjective, but we will work with you and use our contacts from around the UK to make sure you have the best time when you are away.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you have to cancel your booking, and we understand that some things are just out of our control, you will be subject to the following cancellation charges:

:: 121+ days until hire start date – full refund of booking deposit

:: 120 – 29 days until hire start date – loss of booking deposit

:: 28 days or less – loss of total hire cost

If you have to cancel your booking we will make every effort to re-hire the campervan. If we successfully re-hire the campervan for the same period we will refund any monies paid by you.
